Cancellations and Export Restrictions

Customer Order Policy

Although an item may be shown as being in a free stock situation we retain the right not to supply all or any of your requirement. This may be due to stock shortages or allocations from suppliers and as such will be allotted based on order date, volume and account status..

Cancellation Policy:-

  • Cancellations may only be made within the same day the order was placed and it has to be made before 16:00 GMT. The reason for a cancellation must be made clear to the account manager and must be accepted by them. The cancelation must only be made in certain circumstances and will not be accepted for reasons such as ‘a change of mind’.

    • Export Restrictions:-

  • All orders made on the Digital Distribution website must be addressed to a location within mainland UK. Any order made that is addressed outside of the UK will not be accepted.
  • Orders that need to be shipped outside of the UK must be made over the telephone or via email to your account manager.
